Company History

Established in 2004, the portfolio of Von Wielligh Property Management has grown from humble beginnings to a company currently managing numerous complexes in and around Rustenburg, including both residential as well as industrial properties. These properties comprise of approximately 2500 individual units at present, with further expansion always on the horizon.

The VPM Team form the backbone of our company and we attribute our success to these loyal, committed and motivated individuals who offer you a customised property management service, tailored to meet the needs of individual properties and their owners.

The Principal prides himself in adding value to clients by ensuring that he and the VPM Team is transparent, personally involved in all schemes, paying attention to detail and establishing long-lasting business relationships. The value that we add is evident from the positive relationship we have with Boards of Trustees and Owners alike, who enjoy and appreciate our guidance and advice.

Our current staff complement consists of 19 committed team members. The team members hold certificates in the following:

• Sectional Title Scheme Management – UCT // Paddocks
• Homeowners Association Management – UCT
• Mediation and Arbitration – Association of Arbitration

Our team members have extensive experience in the property management field, with one of our team members who has more than 21 years’ experience as the Principal/Director of her own property management enterprise.
