All of the different departments, disciplines, as well as the collections attorneys are situated in one building, which significantly simplifies the day-to-day operations of the VPM Team.  Excellent communication between all role players is the norm. Those matters that require attention are readily escalated to the appropriate department.  The collaboration within and between departments is excellent, with employees engaging in positive interactions with one another throughout the day.

Every member of the VPM Team has specific areas of strength and provides some unique skills and/or knowledge that allow the Team to grow and move forward.  A positive, can-do attitude is characteristic of the Team. The Principal is on hand for guidance in instances where legal or expert advice is required.
